Anime openings are one of the greatest parts of anime. They tell a lot about anime, but sometimes it gives a little bit of a spoiler of anime. The music is more than enough to give us a feeling. When openings or music are played during the anime, it took it on a whole different level for viewers.
Every opening is good but their popularity depends on people taste. There are a lot of famous openings but these are some of the openings from the popular or common that everybody must have watched.
1.The World ( Death Note )
Artist- Nightmare Band Released-18, October 2006
This opening gets intense with the time, it also excites the public at the same time. Its anime video also gives spoilers to the people who were in the starting episodes as it shows L's face in it. The lyrics mean the revolution to remove darkness from the world and one day, the shining sun will surely come.
2. Gurenge ( Demon Slayer )
It is one of the best work of Lisa as the way it is singed is really amazing. It becomes her finest work when it is played along with the anime video. It becomes really famous for a new anime and the video almost states the nature of the characters and their struggle.

Bluebird is an iconic opening. The anime video suits the opening. It just envokes a lot more emotions. Its video somehow shows the main overview of the anime. The main meaning of the lines states that "No matter how much pain or darkness you have, you will reach your goal".
4. Departure ( Hunter X Hunter )

It is a very energetic opening as when the lines like-You can smile again re-energizes you for doing something good and live a good life. When the opening is played at the end of anime, it makes you emotional.
5. Unravel ( Tokyo Ghoul )
Artist-Toru Kitajima Released-23 July 2014
The beginning starts off with soft singing(kaneki being gentle and kind at the beginning of the series) and then the singing turns into an emotional yell(kaneki breaking down emotionally and dealing with a new life of pain). The lyrics represent Kaneki's fragile mental state, inner struggles, and desperation.
6. The Day ( My Hero Academia )

The first opening of the anime suggests the anime and this opening tells about the condition of young Midoriya, the sadness he has to face because of his condition but if he wants to achieve his dream he doesn't have to give up and keep going.
7. Found and Lost ( Banana Fish )

In this opening, Ash Lynx is telling about his condition. The sadness, anger and pain he faces is nothing in front of hope for him. He believes that everything will ameliorate and fate brings hope for him in his messed up life.
8. Again ( Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood )

Yui’s performance is simply outstanding as it keeps up with the tone of the series, which goes from a slow burn kind of thing and then evolves into a wild adventure, expressed through the song. It shows the condition of two small brothers and their journey to improve their situation.
9. Shinzou Wo Sasageyo ( Attack on Titan)

The lyrics are filled with a burning desire and drive towards fighting a common enemy and finding a better fate for humanity. It’s much darker and grimmer than the 2nd opening and tells the audience that the situation is dire and there is no longer as much hope and freedom as there was before.
10. Kaikai Kitan ( Jujutsu Kaisen )

The first opening is really amusing. The video shows the comrades of the main character and his sadness for not able to save his friend and his willpower to save people. Everything was like a dream for him. The way the tones and pitch are adjusted while singing is really astonishing.
