Uchiha Clan is bestowed with the finest Shinobi with superior skill, far more than all clans combined, except Senju Clan.
After all, both the clans are direct descendants of Hagoromo Otsutsuki. Danzo wants the execution of the Uchiha clan because their powers are so immense that Danzo considered them as a threat.
It is debatable as we can say at some point or in some skills one Uchiha can exceed others but that list is made on overall review.
1. Sasuke Uchiha
During the chunin exams, Sasuke easily defeated many of the ninjas by using Orochimaru's curse power and he also learned the Chidori. While training under Orochimaru, Sasuke finessed his chakra control to unbelievable levels. He made several variations and improvements to the Chidori technique and learned many new Jutsu.
He also learned the summoning Jutsu and can summon one of the greatest snakes of Ryuchi cave. Most impressive, though, was the unique Jutsu which Sasuke developed-" Kirin" the technique by which he can strike a big lightning dragon. After fighting with Itachi, Sasuke obtained Mangekyo Sharingan.
After that Sasuke can use Susano'o and Amaterasu. He implanted Itachi's eyes and awakened Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. During the war, he got Rinnegan from Hagoromo which gave him tremendous powers. Slowly time passes and he got hold of his new powers and by doing that he surpasses Madara. Now Sasuke has only one hand because he regrets his actions and wanted to leave his hand like that only as it will work as a punishment for him but still he has tremendous powers.
2. Madara Uchiha
Madara was extremely proficient with his powers. Ninjutsu, genjutsu, kenjutsu, and shurikenjutsu; Madara had it all. His ocular Jutsu was so powerful that he could easily place the nine-tailed fox, Kurama, under his control. His Reflex and Taijutsu were so good that he defeated half of the Shinobi Alliance by using only 10 percent of his powers.
Madara could not learn all the Jutsu in the world but he did learn every single Uchiha Jutsu in existence at the time. which also includes forbidden Jutsu. Madara’s fire style was particularly impressive, and his chakra control was beyond comparison.
In fact, it took an entire battalion of water-style ninja to stop just a single of Madara’s fire-style Jutsu during the Fourth Great Ninja War. When he reborn again during the war, he alone fought against all tail-beast but another fact which is left behind is that he was having Hashirama cells implanted in his body but still he overpowered the whole alliance.
3. Itachi Uchiha
Itachi was a prodigy on another level. He graduated from the academy at seven years old and was promoted to chunin at 10. He also joined the Anbu Black Ops at 11 and become the youngest person ever to join the Leaf Village’s elite task force.
As a young boy, Itachi rivaled some of the greatest ninjas of his time in that field. Equally fearsome was his genjutsu, which he refined to perfection before developing his own unique visual Jutsu- the Tsukuyomi. Hiruzen states that at the age of 8, Itachi thinks like a Hokage.
He alone slaughtered his whole clan, which is the strongest clan in five nations. He defeated Orochimaru, one of the legendary Sannin in one shot. He also defeated the fourth Mizukage, Kakashi, and many stronger shinobis. It was believed that the only thing which is able to kill Itachi is an illness.
4. Obito Uchiha
Obito was not much powerful or stronger from the starting but at the age of 14, he had awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan and had virtually mastered Kamui. At a young age, he was also able to bypass barriers set by the 4th Hokage, and kill multiple high-level Anbu black ops, with ease. He then fought against Minato on an almost even plan, requiring Minato to use every last bit of tactics and power to find a way to beat him.
Obito was also able to have enough Chakra to the 9 tails. Obito was already stronger than most ninja at the time. His Kamui is one of the most overpowered abilities in Naruto, considering you have to hit him consecutively for 5 minutes plus to land a blow on him. He entered the Five Kage Summit without getting noticed and also declare war in front of everyone. If he had both of his eyes then it could be possible that he can surpass someone from the above list.
5. Shisui Uchiha
He was an extremely competent shinobi, and very few could handle his speed. He was called “Shisui of the Body Flicker”, owing to his great mastery of the body flicker technique and was one of the best at fire element techniques. His taijutsu and kenjutsu ninja skills were top class and he could easily classify them as Hokage material.
He was also the role model of Itachi and played a very important role indirectly in the Fourth Shinobi World War (although dead) with his special genjutsu technique: “Kotoamatsukami”.Shisui was the fastest shinobi of his era and he was also stronger than Itachi at that time. He awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan and use S'susano to fight against Danzo and many Anbu members at a very young age.
6. Fugaku Uchiha
Fugaku had an incredibly strong genjutsu that lead to his title, “Fugaku of the Wicked Eye”. He killed countless shinobi just by looking at them. His Mangekyo Sharingan genjutsu was so strong that he hid it from everyone in his clan because he didn’t want them to force him to use it on the Kyubi to fight against the leaders of Konoha village. He only showed that power to Itachi only.
Also, he trained Itachi and Sasuke from a young age to be the successor of the clan. As the head of the clan and Uchiha police force, Fugaku was the strongest Uchiha at the time. Fugkau was a high-level Kage comparable to Minato without Kurama’s chakra. At the time of the massacre of his own clan, he let Itachi kill him, otherwise, Itachi didn't stand a chance against him.
7. Izuna Uchiha
Madara and Izuna were considered equal when Izuna was alive. Unfortunately, we're don't know enough about Izuna to refer to his specific stats or techniques. About the only thing we really know is that he had the Mangekyo Sharingan.
After Izuna's death, however, Madara completely outclasses him. For one Madara gains Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan by taking his eyes.
8. Sakura Uchiha
Sakura's natural control of her chakra has been taken to new heights over the time skip, and her ability utilized to its fullest by the training she has done with Tsunade. With her excellent chakra control, Sakura has turned into an excellent combat Medic-nin and has shown herself to be able to heal fatal injuries with relatively little effort even when more experienced medics would deem it a lost cause. In her training to become a Medic-ninja like Tsunade.
By the Fourth Shinobi World War, Sakura was able to use the Summoning Technique, and like Tsunade, summon the giant slug, KatsuyuSakura could also use Earth, Water, Yin, and Yang Release. By training under Tsunade, Sakura also gained monstrous strength like her. During the war, she kept Naruto alive when Kyuubi was taken away from him and she also helps Obito to find Sasuke and put the final blow on Kaguya which helps Naruto and Sasuke to seal her.
9. Sarada Uchiha
We don’t know much but Sarada will probably get some incredible plot buff or something. If she doesn’t and caps out at the Mangekyou Sharingan. Sarada awakened her Sharingan when she first met Sasuke personally.
It is possible that Sarada could surpass Sasuke as the next generation surpasses the previous one and Sarada also has potential and monstrous strength like Sakura. She has great intellect and analyzing skills. She's at one of the lowest on the list because of her current power level.
10. Shin Uchiha
Shin Uchiha was much fake Uchiha than Kakashi. Shin Mangekyo's abilities were different than any other Uchiha as he can control objects and use them as both offense and defense.
He was considered as Sakura gave him a tough time and Sakura can also defeat him alone. He also wanted to revive Akatsuki and even if Akatsuki will be revived then he would be the weakest member of that.
